  2. Updated bus scavenger hunt. Printed labels.
  3. Reserved outreach meetings in 202. Sent notice to group.
  4. Reserved April 26 in Rotunda since Board Room got snaked. Sent notice to Doug.
  5. Prep for Wednesday session. Dismal turnout. 🙁
  6. Changed EFN from presentation to tabling.
  7. Saturday 3-4 hours for scavenger hunt.

  1. Reviewed updated data from Fastspot on modifications for submitting events. Sent note to Amy/Margaret about concerns with approval queue. Reviewed updates. Sent more feedback.
  2. Reviewed document Robin sent out on yield site. Sent feedback to Robin.
  3. Edited strategic plan and policies. Sent to WSG in anticipation of next meeting.
  4. Checked on conference phone and downloaded/printed materials for Google Analytics webinar. Hosted webinar for 15 folks. Sent slides to group afterwards.
  5. Made some OCSS fixes, including MachForms; gave Bev Bryant access to that section. Set up CMS training for Cassie and Shane. Removed Yoshiko as a user.
  6. Checked on printing problem reported by Andrea Kueter. Working fine for me. Hmmm.
  7. 422 web form changed over; changed back; sent note to FS re: incorporating 422 javascript into header. Mark Young incorporated code into iframe template.
  8. CMS training for Travis Mears, Res Life.  Scheduled training with Giot.
  9. Social media consultation with Liz Howell.
  10. Created wordmark image for NCA conference.

  6. Hosted movie night, Dan Sherman’s talk, Puget Creek Restoration Society talk. Low/no attendance for talks, but 60ish at movie night.

  1. Created community service blog and added CIAC outreach coordinators as users. Sent info to users about how to use this test blog.
  2. Added Jeanne Kimura’s new ID and deleted old one, attributing all posts to new ID.
  3. Added updated posts for Cony Craighead, Mikayla Hafner, Julie Christoph, IPE, PolGov, Alayna Schoblaske, Ana Calciano, Hannah Ratner, Maureen Wolsborn.
  4. Added Adam Ganz bio and picture to student athlete blog (and reminded to post).
  5. Added Micaela Cooley’s bio and picture to study abroad blog. Added account info and sent posting instructions and account info to Micaela.
  6. Sent note to Justin Canny and Alana Jardia checking on status of PSO and Intern blogs.
  7. Added Rebecca Kuglitsch to Collins Unbound (had to use @ups.edu email address).

  1. Put up signs for energy week in SUB.
  2. Sent updated pilot charge code to Ginene for laminated shower timer signs.
  3. Asked Michelle about Farmer John film. Sent updated info to Kendle.
  4. Sent Sarah reservation for Board Room on 2.12, 2.19, 2.26 at lunch.
  5. Asked L’Arche, EFN, and PCRS about lunch presentation on Friday Feb. 12, 19, or 26.
  6. Ordered prints for film poster and banners for open house.
  7. Pulled together handouts, display items, prize stuff for open house.
  8. Open House setup, operation, tear down, follow up on prizes.

  • Moved page for Marta, published pended pages for Janet.
  • Set up a few Google Analytics accounts.
  • Added NUBC, KUPS, and ICW videos to youtube channel (2 faves, 1 playlist).
  • Embedded flickr photo sets on Students portal, Orientation, Alumni. Tried to add to athletics, but wouldn’t show up. Sent to FS.
  • Off Friday–babysitter sick.
