Details on the outage are available below:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-variant:normal;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap\">myPugetSound and PeopleSoft Outage\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-variant:normal;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap\">July 6 started at 2:27 p.m. and resolved at 3:30 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#000000\"><br \/><\/font><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;background-color:transparent;font-variant:normal;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap\"><font color=\"#000000\">SYSTEMS IMPACTED:\u00a0<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"background-color:transparent;white-space:pre-wrap;font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><font color=\"#000000\">myPugetSound, PeopleSoft HR, and PeopleSoft Financials.\u00a0<\/font><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;background-color:transparent;font-variant:normal;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap\"><font color=\"#000000\">RESOLUTION DETAILS:\u00a0<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><font color=\"#000000\">The TS team discovered that one of the infrastructure components failed and needed to be restarted.
