Details on the outage are available below:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;font-variant-alternates:normal;vertical-align:baseline\">Network, WiFi, and Phones: <\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;font-variant-alternates:normal;vertical-align:baseline\">On Campus Network Outage in Harned-Thompson, Jones 2nd and 3rd floor, Smith, and Oppenheimer has been Resolved<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;font-variant-alternates:normal;vertical-align:baseline\">TS investigated the issue in partnership with the hardware manufacturer and determined that the root cause of the outage was an issue with the firmware.
