This will impact our database and email systems. In order to minimize service disruption, there will be two groups of outages:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>7 AM until 5 PM\u00a0 &#8211; Cascade      Web, Banner, Famis, Basis, and the CRM will be\u00a0unavailable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>7:30 AM until 9:00 AM &#8211; Email      will be unavailable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: 12pt\"><span>Network files and shares, and other network services will not be impacted.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saturday, October 25, Technology Services will be performing important updates on our database systems and storage area network.
