Puget Sound Systems and Applications: <\/span><\/b>Planned Maintenance [COMPLETE]<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Monday, June 7, 2021 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

REASON FOR IMPACT: In preparation for the upcoming login changes, work needs to be performed to transition authentication to the new system. Multi-factor authentication will be required beginning June 8th<\/sup> at 6 a.m. and the new Okta dashboard will be available at https:\/\/login.pugetsound.edu<\/a>. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: The following systems will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window:  <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Google Workspace<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>KACE ticketing system<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>myPugetSound<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>PeopleSoft Human Resources<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>PeopleSoft Financials<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>PeopleSoft Campus Solutions<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>VPN<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Zoom<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Various Puget Sound systems and applications<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>The university network, internet access, and wireless will NOT be affected.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Email and calendar, vDesk, campus file servers, telephones, and pugetsound.edu will NOT be affected.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
