NETWORK:<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/b>Welcome Center Network Maintenance<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Feb 20, 2021 at 5pm to 12am<\/span> <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

REASON FOR IMPACT<\/span>: <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure a secure, reliable computing environment TS will be completing routine <\/span>updates on our networking equipment.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>We have completed work for the evening but will need to resume again tomorrow morning at around 10am.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Network should be running as normal<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>This work is taking longer than expected.   New ETA for completion is around 12am.  We will send out a notification when we are completed.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Some of our networking equipment require a firmware update.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Network services in the Welcome Center will be intermittent from 5pm to 10pm<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Services such as wireless, phones and data network will be affected in this building only.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Thank you for your patience as we conduct this important work.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
