font-family:\"Times\",serif; color:#660000\">System Maintenance<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt; font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif; color:#7F7F7F\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size:16.0pt; font-family:\"Times\",serif; color:#660000\">Tuesday, November 24 from 4 pm to approximately 5 pm [COMPLETE]<b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:24.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\">REASON FOR IMPACT:  <span style=\"color:#212121\">Our KACE ticketing system is having stability issues that cause it to be inaccessible to end users.&nbsp; The software vendor will take the system down for maintenance to repair the system so it will run stable.<\/span><\/span><b><span style=\"font-size:16.0pt; font-family:\"Times\",serif; color:#660000\"><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\">ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-indent:-.25in\"><span style=\"font-family:Symbol; color:#212121\"><span style=\"\">\u00b7<span style=\"font:7.0pt \"Times New Roman\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif; color:#212121\">The maintenance is expected to take about an hour but it could take longer.&nbsp; A notification will be sent out when the work is complete.<\/span><span style=\"color:#212121\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-indent:-.25in\"><span style=\"font-family:Symbol; color:#212121\"><span style=\"\">\u00b7<span style=\"font:7.0pt \"Times New Roman\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif; color:#212121\">During the maintenance period the system will not be accessible via a web browser and any ticket updates will need to be put in after the maintenance is complete.<\/span><span style=\"color:#212121\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-indent:-.25in\"><span style=\"font-family:Symbol; color:#212121\"><span style=\"\">\u00b7<span style=\"font:7.0pt \"Times New Roman\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif; color:#212121\">Email addresses that are forwarded to the ticketing system will be turned off and anything sent to them during the maintenance period will remain queued for review by the queue   owners.<\/span><span style=\"color:#212121\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"text-indent:-.25in\"><span style=\"font-family:Symbol\"><span style=\"\">\u00b7<span style=\"font:7.0pt \"Times New Roman\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
