Monday, September 21, 2020 from 5-7 p.m.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: The following systems will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window:  <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Systems that rely on active directory credentials to login may fail intermittingly, this includes email, vdesk, and VPN.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

REASON FOR IMPACT: There is a critical security vulnerability that needs to be patched.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·<\/span>       <\/span>Logins may fail intermittingly during the maintenance window.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Typically retrying will fix any failed login attempts<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
