Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 6 a.m.- 5 p.m. [COMPLETE]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: The following systems will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window:  <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Firewall<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Internet<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Phone\/VoIP<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Network\/Wireless<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>VPN<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>vDesk<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

REASON FOR IMPACT: To ensure a reliable network TS will be conducting routine firmware maintenance on our primary firewalls and access network equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>       <\/span>Intermittent Internet Outages (less than 2-5 minutes)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>External access to VPN and vDesk will be intermittently effected<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Phone\/VOIP will be intermittently be affected as switches reboot<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Wireless and general network access will be intermittently effected as devices reboot.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
