Network: <\/span><\/b>Planned Maintenance on Firewall and Network Switches<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 6 a.m.- 5 p.m.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

SYSTEMS IMPACTED: The following systems will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window:  <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Firewall<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Internet<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Phone\/VoIP<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Network\/Wireless<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>VPN<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>vDesk<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

REASON FOR IMPACT: To ensure a reliable network TS will be conducting routine firmware maintenance on our primary firewalls and access network equipment.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <\/p>\n

<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·<\/span>       <\/span>Intermittent Internet Outages (less than 2-5 minutes)<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>External access to VPN and vDesk will be intermittingly effected<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Phone\/VOIP will be intermittingly be affected as switches reboot<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Wireless and general network access will be intermittingly effected as devices reboot.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
