Thursday, April 9th<\/sup>, 2020 at 5AM<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

REASON FOR IMPACT<\/span>: <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Our internet provider K20 needs to upgrade the firmware in their equipment (router) to address a bug and will also need to perform a reboot.  <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Campus internet connectivity will be impacted intermittingly (~five minutes) while the router is rebooting.  <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>External access to Puget Sound web sites, email and VPN will be intermittent during this brief maintenance.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
