Monday, July 16, 2018 – no current estimated time of resolution<\/o:p><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

REASON FOR IMPACT: Our phone service provider, Allstream, is currently experiencing an issue that is impacting many of their customers including the University of Puget Sound. Currently, if you place an outbound call from a Puget Sound phone number, the Caller ID on the recipient’s end will show the correct phone number, but the name associated with it will be ‘Upper Crust Piz’ instead of the University of Puget Sound. We have initiated a support ticket with Allstream on this issue and they are currently working to resolve it.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
