SYSTEM(S) IMPACTED: PeopleSoft Financials will be unavailable during the maintenance window.  <\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

DATE(s) of IMPACT: Friday, March 30 @ 6:00 p.m. – Sunday, April 1 @ 8:00 p.m.  <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

REASON FOR IMPACT: Technology Services will be installing updates to the PeopleSoft Financials system<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>During the maintenance window PeopleSoft Financials will be unavailable. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Functions that may be impacted include: <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Viewing budget information<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Reviewing, entering, and approving requisitions<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Reviewing purchase orders <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Chartfield value lookup <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
