Jim dropped the Trimble Hall uplink to 10 Mbps, which cleared the problem.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe problem showed similar characteristics &#8211; the same constant outflow from Trimble at 7.5 Mbps, and a large number of ICMP packets.
