Alexis has served as Desktop Support Specialist at the Technology Service Desk since February 2012.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve enjoyed getting to know the campus community through the lens of the Service Desk, and I&#8217;ve learned an immense amount from helping people with their daily tech challenges,&#8221; Alexis notes. &#8220;Knowing how people work with the technology we have is essential to figuring out how we can help them. I think supporting the campus has been a great way to prepare for the challenges of my new role because I\u2019ve built many good, trusting relationships and know I can build many more.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>When she isn&#8217;t helping folks with technology, Alexis can be found cooking, dancing, listening to music, or exercising.
