{"id":282,"date":"2010-10-14T09:49:42","date_gmt":"2010-10-14T17:49:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.ups.edu\/technologyservices\/?p=282"},"modified":"2013-05-06T09:30:08","modified_gmt":"2013-05-06T16:30:08","slug":"new-online-service-desk-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.pugetsound.edu\/technologyservices\/2010\/10\/14\/new-online-service-desk-available\/","title":{"rendered":"New Online Service Desk Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Technology Services has a new way for the campus community to submit and track technology service requests!<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the usual contact methods (253.879.8585, <a href=\"mailto:servicedesk@pugetsound.edu\">servicedesk@pugetsound.edu<\/a>, or by visiting the Tech Center in Collins Memorial Library), campus members can now visit our new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pugetsound.edu\/osd\" target=\"_blank\">Online Service Desk<\/a> to submit requests for technology support, check the current status of requests, and provide feedback on campus technology topics.<\/p>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p>TS will add more features to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pugetsound.edu\/osd\" target=\"_blank\">Online Service Desk<\/a> in the coming months, including a \u201cknowledge base\u201d of self-help articles to address common technology questions.
