David Nichols joined Media Services in January 2018 as a Digital Media Specialist.<\/p>\n
David is an audio engineer and digital media specialist from Tacoma, Washington.\u00a0 Prior to arriving at Puget Sound, he was the media technician for Pierce College where he oversaw audio-visual technology and design for two separate campuses.<\/p>\n
In addition to working in higher education, David has worked extensively in the music and film industry and has audio engineering, production, and composition credits on dozens of music albums, films, and television shows.\u00a0 He studied at Chinese University of Hong Kong before earning a bachelor\u2019s degree from the University of Washington.<\/p>\n
Outside of work, David enjoys traveling, cycling, skateboarding, and making music in his home recording studio.<\/p>\n
