TS Welcomes Michelle Taylor

Technology Services is pleased to welcome Michelle Taylor as our new Business Analyst!

Michelle grew up in Northern California and proceeded to Washington State where she received her degree in Business Administration.  She now calls the Pacific Northwest home and has seven years of corporate finance and business analytics experience.

She enjoys photography, exercising outdoors and spending time with family.  Michelle is excited to be part of the campus community!

TS Welcomes Faithlina Chan

Technology Services is pleased to welcome Faithlina Chan as our new Technology Support Analyst.

Faithlina is a native of California, but after spending four years in the PNW, she fell in love with it and hopes to stay for good. She completed her undergraduate degree with majors in music performance and psychology here at the University of Puget Sound and is excited to experience campus life from the perspective of a staff member.

Faithlina worked on the Client Support Team as a student staff member for four years during her time at Puget Sound, and developed her technology support abilities. In her spare time, she hopes to continue playing cello, explore the great outdoors, find interesting books to read, and discover all the good food spots in Tacoma.

Welcome Faithlina!

TS Welcomes Kaity Fain

Technology Services is pleased to welcome Kaity Fain as our Educational Technologist for the Humanities.

Kaity graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Secondary Education and has taught English Language Arts, History, and Technology to K-12 students. Kaity is currently in Seattle Pacific University’s Master of Digital Education Leadership program where she gets to explore and build on her love of all things educational technology.

Born and raised in Arizona, Kaity has steadily worked her way up the West Coast to settle in Tacoma, her favorite place to date. Kaity loves playing board games, building furniture, and hiking with her dog.

Thanks for joining us Kaity!

TS Welcomes Emily Marty as Technology Support Analyst

Technology Services is pleased to welcome Emily Marty as our Technology Support Analyst.

Emily hails from the Land of 10,000 Lakes (or what some may call Minnesota), and decided to venture out west to Tacoma to pursue her degree in Psychology at Pacific Lutheran University. For almost five years, she worked in the IT Department at PLU as a Help Desk Technician, in which she discovered a knack with technology and a love for helping others.

Emily enjoys driving a stick shift, knitting, and looking at pictures of baby goats and pigs. She is thrilled to be a part of this beautiful campus!

Welcome Emily!

TS Welcomes Larissa Ogawa as Technology Support Analyst

Technology Services is pleased to welcome Larissa Ogawa as our Technology Support Analyst.

Larissa recently graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2014 with her degree in Psychology and a minor in Math. As a student, she worked in the Educational Technology team and for the last year and a half she has been expanding her culinary knowledge with Dining and Conference Services.

Larissa grew up in Hawaii and attended the Kamehameha Schools. There she enjoyed playing basketball, air riflery, and being on the math team. While Larissa still loves to play basketball, her interests have expanded to include golf, hiking, and traveling.

Welcome Larissa!

TS Welcomes Lindsay Morris as PMO Director

Technology Services is pleased to welcome Lindsay Morris as the new Director of the Project Management Office.

Lindsay was born and raised in Harbor Springs, Michigan and proceeded to the land of Green and White where she received her degree from Michigan State University. The past 7 years, Lindsay has been working north of Detroit for an IT Solutions Company, but desired to move to the Pacific Northwest for the water and the great outdoors.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys sheep herding, kayaking, and hiking with her two Border collies Ezra and Willow. She is also glad to be closer to Walla Walla, WA so she’s just a road trip away from her niece and nephews.

Lindsay is excited to be a part of this beautiful campus, and we are excited to have her.

Welcome Lindsay!

TS welcomes Annie Cain as User Experience Manager

Annie has a degree in Informatics from the University of Washington and one in Library Science from Simmons College. She combined the two in order to hack away at libraries, to (hopefully) bring joy to users at Harvard University and beyond. Then she dragged her wife and two kids across the country to bring some joy back to her native Pacific Northwest.

You can find Annie reading comics and drinking tea. Often at the same time. She and her family are enjoying the Puget Sound mossy green great outdoors and not missing the New England blizzards.

Welcome to Puget Sound, Annie!
