Recent changes to the Technology Services website include the creation of new categories for displaying and disseminating information to the campus community.

The HelpDesk home page now features Service Announcements and HelpDesk Alerts that are available as RSS feeds.  Service Announcements provide information on unplanned disruptions, planned outages for upgrades, and other issues affecting services provided by TS.  HelpDesk Alerts include security warnings about such things as phishing attacks and notifications when software companies release important updates.  The HelpDesk Alerts feed also includes technical tips from the Did You Know? section of the HelpDesk home page.
