I was hoping you could switch the printing system of the library back to how it was last year. I heard that the system changed which affected how the printing was set up, but it’s awful to see how much paper is wasted. I haven’t heard a single person who likes this new printing system, and I think we would all appreciate knowing that we aren’t wasting as much. Thank you so much!<\/em><\/p>\n

We continue to receive\u00a0a lot of feedback about printing since the beginning of the semester.\u00a0 Technology Services is very receptive to the problems you have been having.\u00a0 One key factor in addressing many of the issues you have been experiencing is to alert the Technology Services Desk at the moment they occur.\u00a0 For instance, if you are using a computer that should be printing to I-Commons printer 2, but is printing to I-Commons printer 1, please let us know right away.\u00a0 It is very helpful to diagnose a problem and work toward a solution if the staff can see what is happening in the moment.<\/p>\n
