The Collins Library is pleased to announce that from April 3-May 30, 2014, we will feature the exhibit Stan!<\/i>, documenting the life of Professor Stan Shelmidine (1906-1966).\u00a0 The exhibit will feature items from Professor Shelmidine\u2019s personal and research papers, the travels he undertook, the artifacts and books he collected, and the world he would have encountered during his travels.<\/p>\n

Those that knew Professor Shelmidine remember him fondly.\u00a0 We would like to invite those interested to loan us photographs and memorabilia related to Stan Shelmidine for the exhibit.\u00a0 We are especially interested in collecting stories of Professor Shelmidine from those who knew him.\u00a0 Please contact Katie Henningsen at archives@pugetsound.edu<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n
