Every summer, the Technology Services (TS) team gathers together for a retreat to reflect on the accomplishments of the past year and prepare for what is to come. It is a chance to celebrate goals met, hear stories directly from fellow team members, and learn about the many services the department provides to the community. In an effort to make accomplishments tangible for all to see, the team produces a Wonder Wall. What is a “Wonder Wall,” you ask? It is a place where each team member is invited to post key achievements for the past year.
