The printing process at the library is terrible. Should not take more than 10 minutes to print a paper.
We are sorry to hear that you are having problems printing. However, we cannot address a printing problem unless we know about it. Did you notify any member of the library or Technology Services staff of the problem at the time? Many issues can be remedied very quickly once we are made aware of them.
