| You should set up a designated computer for students to print things, like how the mail room has a computer set up explicitly to look up your combination/package number. I couldn’t turn in my pre-lab today because all the computers were occupied and wireless printing seems to be a thing of the past. Not cool! |
Setting up a print-only station is difficult as the computer would need to be configured identically to the other Learning Commons computers, essentially just adding another full use computer. In regards to the availability of computers, if all of the workstations in the Learning Commons are in use there are additional workstations downstairs in library 034 and a computing lab on the 3rd floor of McIntyre.
Wireless printing is still available. Please stop by the Service Desk in the lower level of the library (library 018) for assistance in configuring wireless printing on your laptop.
